In Step 3, the user will be taken through every step necessary to adapt a project like UCityLab in their own institution. More specifically, these steps include three phases. First, the resources and programme outline phase, which focusses on the integration of the programme, identification of a facilitator and external stakeholders, designing the programme framework, needs for the challenge programme and definition of parameters. Second, the partners and programme definition phase, which focusses on creating promotional material for the project, definition of the challenge, specification of the urban challenge programme, and selection of external partners and the signing of an agreement. Third, the final planning phase, which focusses on the planning of a programme delivery and the preparation of a student baseline.
